Executive, Health, Safety & Environment
Sandoz Division, Tongi Plant

You will be responsible for country HSE support, ensure implementation of all HSE actions, advise in achieving HSE objectives, promote high HSE awareness in the Country Organization, prepare country risk portfolio and advise Country Head & Director, Technical Operations with HSE expertise. You will also require to understand and implement HSE legislation, verify compliance with laws & regulations, plan for internal HSE audits & projects and coordinate training/workshop on the same.  Extensive communication & coordination with group personnel and other departments are required for this job.

 You must have:

• B.Sc Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical preferably from BUET)/ B.Sc in Applied Chemistry/ Biology from a reputed university. MBA will be an added advantage
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in similar job preferably in a pharmaceutical company
• Knowledge in handling HSE issues
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven and innovative attitude with problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla and adequate skills in computer applications.
