Position : Marketing Officer
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Create and develop new business opportunities to grow business volume
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Work with very stringent sales targets.
- Track progress of every order with the Marketing Dept.
- Provide end-to-end client servicing.
- Address any client concerns.
- Work longer hours as necessary.
Educational Requirements: Minimum graduate from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 years
Additional Job Requirements:
- Good knowledge of real estate business.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer skills in MS-Office and Excel.
- Candidate must be self motivated and target oriented.
- Well versed business understanding and new business development strategies.
- Business innovation
- Ability to travel as needed.
Salary Range: Negotiable
