Position: General Manager – Seed Business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sound Knowledge on seed production and technical experience in agri-business development;
  • Ability to lead Overall Seed Marketing & Selling, market assessment & sales forecast  and analysis;
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of the annual activity based project budgets and submitting necessary monthly and quarterly reports;

Requirement /Eligibility:

  • Qualification must be BBA / MBA / Master in commerce.
  • Computer literate - Strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to use Microsoft Word and PowerPoint presentation.
  • 5 to 7 years experience in the following areas: Banking works, Communication with Buyers, Custom handling, Import clearance & Export documentation.
  • Good Analytic skills & Hard working & pro-active.

Educational Requirements:

  • Master or Bachelor in Agriculture will be given preference;

Experience Requirements:

  • Should have minimum 10 years experience in Seed Marketing & Selling;

  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Good Communication and presentation skills;

Position: Manager (Marketing & Sales) – Seed Business

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Knowledge on seed production and technical experience in agri-business;
  • Ability to supervise sales team for new market area and business development;
  • Ability to achieve Sales Target of the Company;

Educational Requirements:

  • Should have Bachelor in Agriculture;

Experience Requirements: Should have minimum 3-5 years experience in Seed Marketing & Selling.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Good Communication and presentation skills;
  • Good Team player;
  • Maximum age will be 45 years;
