Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and communicate with project managers and development disciplines
- Work with design team to refine ideas and see them through to completion

Required Qualifications:

- Good project and client management skills and keen understanding of creative development process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects
- Sound knowledge of digital media, communications, development standards and best practices
- A team player – able to manage a complex structure over multiple geographical locations
- Work experience in digital advertising agency is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver innovative, creative, and technical solutions that support client business goals
- Collaborate and communicate with account managers, project managers and development disciplines
- Coordinate with project managers to plan projects schedule and balance resource constraints
- Work with design team to refine ideas and take them to completion
- Clearly communicate project requirements and solutions to the team, including the preparation of briefs and wireframes
- Create and give direction on flow diagrams, design/development specifications, functional requirements, use cases, sitemaps etc.
- Document and improve processes to enhance team efficiency, assist personal development and build organizational capability in core tools / methods
- Review work from supporting team members to ensure quality execution
- Study and apply latest technology and design trends; suggest approaches to improve project and team outcomes
- Track, monitor and report on all productions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in relevant discipline
- 5 years of consumer-facing web development experience with a strong portfolio
- Solid understanding of design principles, user-interface and user-experience
- Expert knowledge in HTML, CSS, ActionScript and Adobe Creative Suite
- Fair work experience in PHP/.net, MySQL/ MS SQL, Javascript framework such as jQuery, and AJAX techniques
- Work experience in Vignette/ Opentext / Sitecore is an added advantage
- Understanding of how to optimize workflow through efficient process and use of technology
- Resourceful, with excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills
- Willingness to acquire new skills and enhance existing technical skill set

Web Developer

Job Responsibilities:
- The position involves hands-on production work, translate design concepts into HTML/XHTML and Flash, build rich online advertisements in different languages, integrate server-side tags and content acquisition
- Adapt and produce a variety of design layouts ranging from websites to e-marketing campaigns and brand identities
- Carryout different online projects simultaneously and should be able to release product within the time limit
- Quality assurance – especially with respect to general standards and project requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years of professional web development experience with a strong portfolio
- Strong understanding of design principles, user-interface and user-experience
- Expert knowledge in XHTML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop and Dreamweaver
- Extensive knowledge in Flash CS 4/5/5.5, Action Script 2, 3 and motion/animation techniques
