Concern Universal Bangladesh Concern Universal Bangladesh (CUB) is an UK based international NGO working in Bangladesh since 1993. Health & WASH is one of the priority sectors of CUB. Under this sector, CUB is implementing a WASH project titled “Ensuring Water and Sanitation Facilities towards Disaster Risk Reduction” in 4 Upazilas of Bhola District & 1 Upazila of Patuakhali District. Now Concern Universal invites proposals from group of individuals or organization for conducting Baseline Survey of the project.
